Reach your goals efficeintly, safely and effectively by training with one of our certified head trainers.

Our personal training is the highest level of training we offer. We consult with each member to get a complete understanding of your goals from a body AND mindset perspective. We want to make sure you are fully supported along your health and fitness journey, so our trainers create an individualized exercise plan and timeline. Personal training also allows for the most flexibility with scheduling, from early morning sessions through 7pm six days a week.

Personal training is not just for those looking to excel—most of our personal training members are beginners and teens who want to learn essential, safe skills so they can thrive when they enter the small group classes.
