What is the Mobility Program? 

Our Mobility Program is a holistic fitness experience that focuses on enhancing your body and mind. This program combines elements of flexibility, stability, and mindfulness to promote a balanced and resilient body. It's a unique blend of movement and stretching techniques that will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to conquer the week ahead.

When:
Every Sunday, 9:30–10:15 am

Who: Adults 16+, suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds

Details: 

  • Please bring your own mat, other equipment will be provided. 
  • Same sneaker protocol you’re used to, please change into clean kicks at the door.
  • Talking during class will be prohibited. Making sure everyone can clearly hear cues is incredibly important for safety and success.
  • Class size is limited to 20 people, please be sure to sign up in PushPress each week.
