Community goals

Each 60-minute, full-body training is designed for groups of 16 or less people and rotates between 4 sections.

Our small group fitness membership is catered to people of all skill levels, from beginners to very advanced, ages 14 and up. Full-body and targeted workouts consist mostly of resistance training, cardio and core strengthening. Members are guided through the workout by one of our certified personal trainers. We ensure each member moves through each exercise correctly using the proper weights for them.

Our small group training is basically personal training in a group setting. All of us here at LFG pride ourselves on doing everything we can to help our members achieve their goals.
